My focus as a therapist is to create a comfortable and supportive space for clients to work towards their goals. I believe that the strength of the relationship between therapist and client is important to the effectiveness of treatment. My relational approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in my practice to best serve the client’s individual needs and tailor my approach to address what brings you in to therapy.
I completed my Master’s Degree at the University of Denver in 2009 and have been serving a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families in the Chicago area for the past 10 years. In working with clients, I draw on my education and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma, attachment theory, family systems, mindfulness, and Gottman Method for couples.
